This week we had our annual visit from Miss Mia of the Decatur Library. In addition to reading a book, she spoke about the summer reading program, as well as the many free programs at the library this summer. This is a great way to get students excited about reading, and we always have strong participation from Winnona Park. In addition, I LOVE to visit the library myself and either see our students' names on the board, or even better, see Winnona Park students.
