Kindergarten students will be introduced to KidPix in preparation for their expedition-related project. As they no longer have the opportunity to practice using this in the classroom, we will spend some extra time in the media center.
First graders will use the computers to continue practicing keyboarding using Keyboard Climber. They will try to use two hands for the letters on the left and right sides of the keyboard.
Second graders will receive their logins for Typing Club. For students who have already logged in, I will be making sure they are using proper form and taking their time. A letter will be going home for parents/families to let them know about home practice.
