Week of November 5th, 2018
In support of our Read-A-Thon next week, we will be hiding purple Whisker's paws similar to the ones the students stand on when they come into the library. They will be hidden on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The class who finds the paws each day will get our stuffed Whiskers in their classroom for the day. In addition, we will have our Book Character Dress up Parade on Friday, November 9th starting at 8:30.
Please include this information in your Monday morning message and talk with your students about book characters. If you have students who need help or want suggestions for your classroom, please let Lori or I know.
In the Media Center all week, students will be making necklaces in the shape of Whiskers' paws. They will be decorated with the word "READ".

They may also choose to carry their favorite book if they would prefer not to wear a costume.
